"Say These Things To Your Spouse" (say these things often):
1. I'm sorry and/or I was wrong
2. I love you
3. What can I do to help?
"Don't Say These Things To Your Spouse" (avoid these words or phrases):
1. Take the words "always" and "never" out of your vocabulary
2. Avoid the "D" word - Divorce
3. You don't make me happy anymore
Your words can either build up or tear down your spouse. Which list will you choose to speak from today?
